Anyone know of any other options of getting the smart map pro upgraded verison?

I currently have Ver 1.20 and would like the new one. Is the only option Alpine and $300? Ebay (at least I couldnt find one) didnt have any. Also will my unit take the new upgrade? I have the NVD-A121 unit.
