(1) how do you enable the DVD function while driving?

(2) how do I use generic RCA style reverse camera? The unit only has a plug for the Eclipse reverse camera. I don't want to use the RCA inputs as I'm currently using them for a game system.

eclipse sells an inverter with the back up camera. so you are able to use the eclipse camera with any other unit. then agian if youre buying the eclipse camera  why not use it. the other two solutions 

       1.use an audio and video switcher thats the easier way of doing it .

       2.make a swither using three relays an a toggle switch. so when you turn the switch on or off it allows the other unit to play audio and video
