we purchased an avic-n2 pioneer navigation system and had it installed. we think that the installer did not hook it up properly and now we are not picking up any speed pulse. currently it is hooked up to the rear diff speed sensor, which is the RED / pink wire. system will only run in simple hybrid mode, not 3D mode which is the more accurate mode.

does anyone know what wire to hook up to for the VSS (vehicle speed sensor) or speed detection circuit for the 2006 Ford F350 4x4 (using the pink wire from the AVIC-N2)?

Gray/black at radio or ABS mod under hood.
