Ive searched this stuff to no end, so please dont flame me for starting a new thread thats been done 600 times- i dont think this info is currently out there-

Somebody out there has to know if its possible to bypass the nanny screen: I am getting tired of the "caution message" that comes on every time i turn the system on- the standard legal "this is a guide, road conditions may dictate different routing. Please use judgement and follow all road signs, etc, etc, etc." So, i was hoping (desparately) that someone has discovered a hack or work-around for this minor annoyance- its just a little thing, but its getting irksome! I will be forever indebted to whoever solves my dilema- name your price- first born, eternal soul, etc (as you can see, its really starting to bother me!)

Was also wondering what hacks/workarounds/bypasses are out there for my avic-d1? Things like custom backgrounds, new menu colors, different greeting screens, whatever cool stuff is out there- again, ill be forever in your debt.

Please reply to radleysales@gmail.com thats radleysales at gmail dot com thank you so much!!!

okay- one more thing ive been trying to figure out- is there any way to get mobile touchscreen internet on an avic-d1? i have a treo-650 pda phone that does this, i was thinking about some kind of interface or carputer type of device. any ideas? any products out there? it seems like there should be some kind of box that takes care of this function, like the xm, sirius, ipod, tv tuner boxes that are all out there.
