I was at canadian tire of all places and they had all their display stuff on sale for 75% off. I picked up a 7" flip down for 60 bucks! reg 230 bucks. It has 2 video inputs so you can switch between 2 different dvd players or w/e.

I got all the wiring figured out except this "ir out" cord that almost looks like a headphone jack. Anyone know what this is?

I pulled out my deck and the only thing it fits into is the "aux in" input at the front of the deck. I dont want no cord at the front of the deck, thats just gay, lol

Thanks for the help in advance guys, and i hope you know what it does.

IR is infrared. I would imagine it is for a repeater to use wireless headphones.

the ir out is usually used for a dvd or vcr player, it allows you to hook up an ir repeater to the player that is mounted in the back or under a seat and then point the remote at the screen to access it instead of the player itself. i have extra ir repeaters if you plan on going that route.
