Abosolutely install the unit as normal, and once you're done you'll just need a couple of things. First would be a flat bed trailer and a driver. Now load your vehicle up onto the flatbed and have the other driver drive the flatbed while you sit in your car and watch movies. There ya go you can now watch video while moving.

Please excuse cntrylvr79, he just thinks that he's funny. What he really should have done is caution you to the fact that displaying video within the line of sight of the driver is illegal and not very safe.
The DDX7017, however, has features that enable it to act as a DVD player for remote display screens and so your question is a valid one. You will need at least one additional rear mounted screen to safely display the video.
Step one - Connect the GREEN Parking Sensor wire to ground (this enables the unit at all times).
Step two - Connect the A/V Video Out (YELLOW RCA jack) to your remote screen. If desired or applicaple, also connect the A/V Audio Out (RED & WHITE RCA jacks) to the remote screen's speakers.
Step three - Start your DVD.
Step four - Press and hold (for one second) the Video Source Selection (V.Sel) button on the lower left of the unit. This turns off the in-dash video display.
I hope this information was more helpful that what you got before.
