I have a 7.2" Boss LCD TFT Screen (I know cheap..), the screen is in color with fuzzy lines going up and down when i just have it turned on...but when i have a DVD in...the picture is in black and white...any suggestions?

Is it NTSC or PAL could be a conflict Boss is primarily for the Australasian market which is PAL thats why its b&w see if you can change the output from the DVD to PAL

change the output from the screen? (the wires coming from it?)

no the firmware settings should be something like "display type" in the menu
