Trying to install a Pioneer-D1 on a 06 Chevy Hhr. Need to find the Vss and the parking break lead. If there is anyone who can help, that would be great.

this is what comes up when i look up the wires for the hhr, good luck on finding the wire, hopefully its possible to hook it up.

You can try either the yellow or purple wires at the transmission control module at the left rear of engine compartment near the strut. I don't know whether it will work. This is the signal wires from the speed generator in the trans. After that it is all data. As for the parking brake wire, it is light blue at switch or pin 14 of the BCM's first 64 pin plug.
