hey guys hope u can help me out.... customer purchasd a lcd/dvd flipout screen for the front of the suv..... this unit works like it should... only problem is now the rear dvd entertainment does not work.... we can plug in the factory radio and bam it works... is there a fix for this??? thanks in advance...

i think there is a special harness that retains the power going to the factory dvd iirc, its not the standard ford radio harness, check to see when you plug the harness in how many extra wires there are not being used.
