Hi guys I want to know what the average number is that should show on the speed pulse...

I have a pioneer avic N2 and in the hardware tab it shows speed pulse when you are moving... So what is the normal rate you should see when doing about 65-70?

Does this vary significantly from car to car? My friend has a Jeep grand cherokee and I have a chrysler 300...

His on free way gets up to about 30 something, mine gets up to about 200 something.... Just curious if one of ours isnt installed correctly....

The pulses per mile or kilometer varies greatly between different cars.   Some vehicles are 2,000 PPM or pulses per mile while others such as some Jeep Libertys can be almost 40,000 PPM.
