Hi guys, I would like to say first off, this site has been very help full. Although I am terrified of wiring (cause I don't want to ruin anything) I have learn so much about my alarm and my mobile system.

With that said i'm currently trying to install a Alpine IVA-C800 and a panisonic dvd player in my 91 240sx. I've wired headunits before but this is a little different. There are a few wires i'm not figuring out. Here is a list

pink/black (audio interupt)

blue/white  (remote on)

yellow/blue (parking brake)

i'm pretty sure the audio interupt I don't need. Also I have 3 wire that are coming from the actual head unit. I assume these need to be wired ( yellow, black, orange). Where would I tap into for these? The Metra harness?

I'm also have a TR-7 unit that came with the unit, and it seems to be wired part way, but there is a long ass blue wire and I have no idea were it goes as well.

(Remote out) This wire harness i'm using for the back of the headunit. (they both fit) I assumed that it was for the HU and since the video safty lock is being bypassed, i don't need it... correct? If not, I will need to order this piece and once I do, where would these wires go? (yellow/black, WHITE/ brown, WHITE/ brown).

Sorry for all the questions guys, I am a newb and I want to learn more about this stuff rather than running away from it.

Thanks, its greatly appreciated!

yellow- constant 12, black ground, orange illum on the head unit side. blue/white goes to aftermarket of factory amp turn on if you are using one. the yellow/blue will hook up to the tr7, the audio interupt is only used if you have a cell phone in the car or navigation. remote out is for the nav or alpine dvd player.
