Im displaying in-dash dvd players at my work and having some trouble with bypassing the e-brake safety function on the AVIC-N3 and AVH-P5700DVD. NOTE THIS IS IN A WALL FOR DISPLAY USE ONLY. With all the other in-dash systems it was fairly easy to bypass, how can i recreate a e-brake voltage. If this not something you will reply to then e-mail me. Elliotwutang1@hotmail.com

Put a toggle switch on the light green wire to ground.  On, Off, On

when the store is closed the walls power is killed, so do you think everyday you would have to hit the toggle switch in that pattern or does it know from that point on that its in park.

You will have to do it each time the power is out.  The switch can only go back and forth, so tell the people that don't understand what its doing, to just flip it back and forth until the the options on the navi menu go from grey to blue.  If you are a pioneer dealer, ask your pioneer rep for one of the modules that simulates the parking brake.  They had pac design a little box that does this last year
