The guys who put in my Accelvision Monitor put in a safety feature, that you must have the emergency break on in order for the monitor to come on.  This is very displeasing, in that i want my passengers to have a great ride.  If any one out there has had this same problem could they please offer some help.  I just want to be able to drive with the monitor on, which of course this feature does not allow.  Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

That is there for a reason.... But if you really need to bypass that then find the wire that is tagged to the e-brake switch and ground it.

I've installed many screens in dashes where the speedometers are and have bypassed the safety features numerous times. Take the brake wire usualy black or blue and ground it. This will fix your problem and give your passengers a quality ride with movie.

you can ground it anywhere, or you can put it on a switch so that you can turn it off or on with the switch
