hey guys i am installing eclipse 5435 in 97 expedition and need some help locating these wires
vehical speed pulse signal terminal PURPLE / white :
this should be connected to the vehicle speed pulse signal terminal.
not sure where the speed wire is

parking brake signal (RED / white)
i want to view dvd while car is moving so can any one please tell me how to do it.
do i just connect the brake wire from my unit to some ground?

Reverse signal wire (green)
connect the reverse signal output of the vehicle to this terminal.

any help is greatly apprecaited
connect reverse wire to possitive signal wire going to reverse lights.
vss wire Speed Sense gray/black cruise control module
The cruise control module is on the driver side fender.

mecp certification is not always needed. I have it and it has not helped me out at all. my experience out shines it.

It is illegal and unsafe to bypass safety interlocks on DVD players. Connect it as it is intended. Read the forum rules, instructions on bypassing these interlocks is not allowed here.

Support the12volt.comhey bro was out of town so couldnt finish the eclipse install earlier. well i am installing it today, connected all the wires, just the vss is left. i have looked under the hood driver side. i see alot of wires comming out from 2 fuse / relay boxes . is this where the vss wire going to be ?? there are soooo many wires in there, how do i find the right one :(
