I just got my new Pioneer AVIC-D1 installed today, and it will not read the navigatrion discs that came with it. It plays CD's fine and everything else works, it just won't read the navigation discs. Any ideas are appreciated. Thanks.

Dumb question here. Are you using the second slot lower in the unit for the nav disc or are you trying the top spot. If you are using the top slot than go out to the car and hold down the open button until the unit beeps twice then release and the screen will drop all the way down to reveal the second spot.
