I have purchased a head unit (vm9511) and installed it everything works except i

common thing? Can you get me through this problem?
Any help will do thanks.

does the radio turn on amps? i so you may have used the power antenna wire to turn on the amp. in most cases the power antenna wire on the radio will be blue amp turn on will be blue  w/ white stripe. check this if all is not well or you dont have amps even a factory one let me know what kind of car you have ,year, make, and model.

Yeah, it sounds like you aren't turning on your factory amp.  Whatever wire you have connected to the blue wire coming out of the radio, connect it to the blue/white coming out of the radio and hopefully that should fix your problem.

Yeah Jensen In-Dash units only have one RCA for the subwoofer just get a y adapter to split it and it will be taken care of. Also, the Jensen CD players you need to actually turn on the sub output on the radio in one of the menu's dont know if this applies to the IN-Dash as well but it is worth a glance at the manual at least.
