I have an Avic Z1 and I have the ND-BT1 bluetooth adapter which is designed for that unit. I'm not familar with the other Avics

that one is for the AVH-P6800DVD 6 disc DVD deck.

I was told by Pioneer that only the Z1 will have the ND-BT1 for right now. As they phase the older models out, they may bring the option to use the Bluetooth to newer models. To keep cost down for the lower end systems they do load them up with upgrades.
