I need to mount a 15" monitor in a car, and I need a bracket that will attach a VESA standard monitor (with four holes arranged in a square spaced 75mm or 100mm apart) to a headrest mount.

Here is a picture of a bracket I have on another monitor (except that the holes are not spaced according to VESA standards):

I got that monitor from Karview, which apparently went out of business. That monitor died, and I just want to replace it. I found a mountable monitor for $600, but comparable monitors (with RCA video input) sell for $400 without the right bracket. I figure the bracket should be available somewhere for closer to $20 than $200.

Does anyone know where I can get a bracket like this? If not, is there another way of mounting a VESA standard monitor to this kind of headrest mount?

 Thanks.
