What would i need to do to hook up my dvd player so i can have it on while my car is not in park. I have it in a 2006 Chrysler 300. do i just need to ground the wires that you hook up to the parking brake?

i belive it is the pink wire on those and yes all you have to do is ground it but i would suggest a switch so if a cop pulls you over you just flip a switch and it will shut off with the e brake (i dont know the law in the states but in canada if you are caught with a screen capable of playing while driving it is a 6 demerit stunting ticket check your locals laws)
