I'm going to attempt overhead mobile video in an 07 escalade. Anyone done any of these? Anything I need to know about these trucks, (wiring, curves in the headliner, etc????) Anyone advice would be appreciated.

Yea. they are pretty easy as long as there are no overhead AC controls. There is a big dip where the light is mounted but you can just cut the entire dip out to give a flat mounting surface. Power is an issue, the entire truck is data link and you won't find any accessory in the fuse panels. We've been adding a relay for power and triggering it from the thin accessory wire on the key switch.
