I currently have a Alpine CDA-9826 that I would like to put in my 03 Supercrew and add a half din DVD player to run some monitors in the headrests, but I have no idea if they will hook up to each other to run audio through the door speakers. I know I can't do the rear speakers have sound while I listen to radio in the back since its not a dual.
Just trying to save some money on a new HU.

Thanks,
midnightscape

If the stereo has an audio input it shouldn't be a problem. Hook up the audio output of the dvd player to the audio input of the Alpine.

since you have an AiNet radio ....

You can just use a KCA 121b Aux Input adaptor ..

Plugs into the Changer port ..
