I came across this 01 ford expedition, my customer ask me if I can take VCR out and put a dvd player on it, I tought it was an aftermarket , but It was factory , and there is just one plug I know there is a way to wire the dvd player in because I have seen it done on the navigators, so if some one knows how to wire a dvd player in with the factory tv please please let me know thanks!!

I have been doing Ford video for a long time, never saw a factory VCP in an Expedition back then. Are you sure it's not Rosen? Where is the VCP located? Is it under the back seat?

Its in the console next to the changer. It has a 16 pin plug coming off of it.

Huh, then i guess it is factory! If it's like the Windstar, it should have 3 rca jacks located either on it or at the back of the console. If so, you can use these for a DVD and retain the VCP too....

We usually just plug into the back console inputs like Mike mentioned, but here are the diagrams if you want to play with it:

Good luck,
