im looking for easiest way to tie into the speed sensor wire on a 2000 dodge intrepid ,hooking up pioneer avic -n3?

VSS WIRE WHITE/ orange On C2 connector at PCM   8000ppm 
 Located under the hood on the left side of the distribution block. There are 2 connectors on the PCM, C2 is the one closest to the front of the vehicle. The plastic cover on the connector can be removed by pressing on the tab on each side.
 DATABUS INTERFACE Pin-2(top row from left) Diagnostic plug below dash   DATA
