I would like to know if I bought a double din in dash dvd player would there be a way they could still use the steering wheel control for volume etc.

The SWI-x at the bottom of the page is a universal that will work with any radio that is remote capable.

The radio specific models at the top of the page are easier to install but you didn't tell us what kind of radio you were looking at. Good Luck
