i want to hook a touchscreen up to my laptop so i can leave the laptop under the seat and still use it . anybody know how this can be done . i want to do this mainly for tuning software for my motor . also would i be able to play dvd's on my laptop with the sound coming out of the car speaker ? what would i need to do all of this ? thanx

You should be albe to find a small touchscreen that will plug in to your laptops monitor out port and a USB port.

You can try to find one here, they are pretty spot on with stuff like that. Just make sure your laptop has a VGA output, and your set.
If you read their forums, you can even learn how to make your laptop boot up XP in 5 seconds, lol, some sort of hibernation hack if I remember right.

And in order to run your audio, you will need to have some sort of auxilary input on your car stereo, or run a 1/8" audio jack to RCA converter directly to your amplifiers.
