Customer has a 2006 H3 with factory Nav system. Is there a way to add a DVD player and use the factory screen?

Yes there is. Icon makes an adapter that installs in the Nav and will give you an input to feed video. Basically what happens is you remove the top cover from the nav and remove a ribbon cable that runs to the screen. The Icon unit is a T harness that replaces that ribbon cable. You need two parts from them, the T harness and the SVXC, which converts the signal to RCA. We use this setup for back up cameras . It's actually a very simple install....

I believe this is the same product under the PAC brand name, but the picture shows the wrong cable...
