I was wondering what is the best way to install the headrest Tv's ? any tips? tricks?

or tell me your vehicle and i will order 2 for your car custom done with matching leather or fabric. then you just replace exisiting headrest and run the din cables to source unit

You can go to www.partsexpress.com and under the headrest monitors there is a step by step process you can follow to install your own headrest monitors. Just take your time and follow the directions. Good luck. Brian

There are some companies that now make units that include the actual headrest.  In other words, they build a headrest that matches your car and they put the monitor in for you, so all you gotta do is pop the old headrest out and put the new one in.  I've seen them at crutchfield and they prolly have em somewhere else too.   Two problems with this though:  1) they obviously can't wire it up for you (i.e you still gotta make all the connections to your vehicle) and 2) they only make them for a limited number of vehicle models. just something to consider. good luck.
