Hi,
I have the jensen vm9511ts with the nav unit and xm installed. I had the nav unit installed last week. here is my issue. when i turn the car off, the nav unit will not work once i turn the car back on unless i unplug the xm box from the multimedia center andplug it back in. any ides?

If it is powered with a constant move it to an accy. even if it says constant. We used to have this problem with some sony direct connect satellite radios changing them to accy's helped on all of them if I remember correctly.
