I have the alpine flip out monitor iva-c800 and i am trying to install the mini disc eq mda-5048

for some reason I can't get work I know this is an very old item but anyone have any knowledge about this I appreciated

What kind of problem are you having, and how are you hooking it up?

the problem I am having is there is no sound is coming to the dsp u know how thre is two ainet cables in the back I plug one of ito the brain it lights up but now sounds and when Iput in the converter box to plug it to the other ainet cable there is no [power to the dsp unit do I have to switch something on the monitor brain itself or how can I come about hooking this up
