we installed a cq-9300 u dvd player .am-fm works fine.no audio on the tv tuner or cd player.we are not using an aftermarket amp.any ideas?

Does the car have a factory amp? Sounds as though you used the Power antenna wire to turn the factory amp on. Most newer radios now have a power antenna wire and an amp remote wire. The difference is, the power antenna wire only has voltage on it when the tuner is on. The remote wire is powered any time the unit is on. Use the other blue wire.

Do NOT connect both of these wires together. One of them is a power antenna wire ant the other is a remote for amp turn on. Why would you want to connect them both together?
