i have 3 mobile autority M-58 monitors. 2 in headrests 1 in the visor. they go through a power acoustik avir3 switcher. the dvd is a blaupunkt ME1. the picture on the monitors becomes very poor when the signal is sent through the AVIR3. a dreamcast plays great through the switcher it seems just dvd movies cause the monitors to wave. any ideas on how to fix?

This is usually a problem related to either your ground on the Dreamcast or the AV switcher. Make sure that your ground is less than 3 feet ( shorter if the ground wire is a thinner gauge ) & that the surface that it's attached to is clean & paint free. If this still does not fix the problem, then check to see that your RCA wires are not run along side any power wires to your audio system. They must be run on opposite sides of the car to reduce distortion and EMI that the RCA's can induce.
