There are companies out there that have  tracking devices that can be followed via the internet. I am sure somebody out here is more familiar with these companies and can help you.

ScyTek has a GPS tracking system call SkyTrak its a full GPS tracking system and you can view everything from your computer; speed, route, distance, stops...everything. The only down side is you have to pay like $10 or more a month.
