I know this has been talked about in earlier posts but I could not find an answer. I installed my Jensen DVD player into the dash. Then I found out that I cannot get the video to work. I have a 2002 Dodge Stratus Sedan. Does anyone know where I hook up the pink and green wires up to the parking brake to get my video to work.

I tried grounding out the pink wire and I tried grounding the pink and green wire and still nothing.

Does anyone know where the lead for the parking brake is in my car so I can hook it up the way it is supposed to be.

Thanks mikey

If you dont get video signal, ground the pink wire that comes out with the rca's. The brown is for mute the sound for car cell.

You don't have to hook up the wires at all. You can use a software override. Put the unit in AM/FM mode, then push the setup button on the remote. Quickly enter the code 543210 listening for a beep between each number. This will take you to a hidden setup screen. There is an item labelled brake override - set to on using touchscreen and then exit from screen using X in lower corner. You can now watch video any time without hooking up wires. If you ever update the firmware, you will need to do this procedure again.
