I HAVE A 2000 TOYOTA SIENNA XLE WITH THE GENTEX AUTO DIMMING MIRROR WITH COMPASS AND TEMP. RECENTLY, I HAD TO REPLACE THE ALTERNATOR AND THE MIRROR HAS BEEN DEAD EVER SINCE. THE LOCAL DEALER SEEMS TO HAVE NO IDEA WHERE I MIGHT LOCATE THE FUSE FOR THIS UNIT. IF ANYONE OUT THERE IS FAMILIAR WITH THE COMMON INSTALLATION DEAAILS AND COMPONENT PLACEMENT FOR THIS UNIT AND VEHICLE, I’D BE WIDE OPEN FOR YOUR INPUT.

You should be able to see or feel which direction the wires go from the mirror. It will probably go down the A Pillar, then to the fuse box or behind the radio.
