Kar Tune Man,

I have a question.  I am installing a GPS Nav system in an 07 HIghlander.  The Wire Magic database says a yellow wire on the 2nd plug down on ECM for the VSS.  There are 3 on this connector, None of which show alternating current.  Any suggestions?  Can I use a tach wire?

You can't use a tach wire as this is engine speed and not vehicle speed. The VSS wire should be in the top corner of the second plug from the top behind the glove box.
