Found this on alpine's web site

Subject:

How can I feed video into the CVA-1000?

It is illegal in all 50 states and 11 Canadian provinces to have real time video (ie: TV broadcast, VHS, LD, DVD, 8mm, etc) in view of the driver. As the CVA-1000 is designed to be an in-dash application unit, we did not provide for a dedicated video input. We cannot release any information about how to feed video into a CVA-1000 due to the legal liability for you, the dealer and Alpine. We do not want our customer in danger in the event of an accident due to driver distraction nor put our authorized dealers' in a position of liability.

I believe they do make an adaptor though, called the "KCE-100V".  it's an RGB-to-RCA convertor.  Try searching online for it and you might find it available somewhere, though you'll prolly have to get it from somewhere internationally as I don't believe it is sold in the US.
