Is it necessary to access the lock on the drivers  door panel?

You could perform a 5-wire setup on the doorlock motor wires, from inside the cab, using three relays, but I don't think it's worth all the trouble.

If you go into the door, and do the special Toyota interface (should be around here somewhere if you search) you will automatically get priority unlock, as well as domelight turn-on.

Yep. that's it. You can get the 12v needed right at the door switch, fat blue wire....

The cumpustar brain ( cm3000) has a second wire for pulsing a priority unlock, is that what connects to the relay in the above linked 1070.pdf?

Priority unlock doesn't go to the relay.

On the diagram, see what's listed as a blue wire, coming from the alarm brain?

Probably the unlock from your Compustar isn't blue.......but anyway, you see that wire, right? Going to the two diodes?

Take your Compustar's first-unlock wire, AND second-unlock wire, jump them together into a single wire......and then run that into the door, and connect to the diodes as shown.

The second-unlock wire may or may not be functional as is...... you might have to enter the programming menu to enable it.
