I have aa 90 ford ranger regular cab with a stick shift. I installed a clarion tape deck and cd changer. Were/how do I mount the changer? I have one bracket. Also my cruise does not work. If you could help PLEASE pm me!

Ok I got a Claron tape deck and cd changer in a 90 ford ranger. It is reg cab and has a stick were do I mount the changer. I only have one bracket. Also Why whould the factory crusie not work?
