How to use oem(Stanly) chevy blazer led 3rd brakelights as tail lights....And how to make them flash... I'll use 1 unit for each function....I'm trying to mod some led lighting for my old pickup...

Probably PWM - about 20% for tail, then full (99-100%) for stop, and 0-1% for off.

Unless a resistor and FETs or relays can also do it.

You can wiki PWM etc. I was thinking a PWM using a 555 timer, but flashing requires another timer (555 etc).
But probably a PIC (PICAXE) is the solution in lieu of commercial solutions.
It all depends on your abilities and desires...
