If I built a box for the recommended specs from them manufacturuer for one 12"
What would I have to do to put 2 12" in the same box
Kenwood Performance series 12" KFC-w3013ps
Any help is greatly appreciated.

You shouldn't do that. It will not work properly. You will need to construct a new enclosure for two woofers. ------------- Support the12volt.com

Build another box exactly like that one, bolt them together.

if you are wanting to put two woofers in one box then you will have an isobaric box. The general rule of thumb for an isobaric enclosure is twice the woofers, twice the power, and half the box size. The minimum specs for that specific woofer is for a ported box at 2 cubic feet. Too make it easy for you your best bet is to build a box with two chambers at 2 cubic feet.

Uh, well it COULD be made into an isobaric alignment but just because you use two woofers does not make it isobaric. Please see this page. ------------- Support the12volt.com

Hold up a minute there is no need for any kind of bashing. I posted this to better understand ported box. But it still seems to confusing so I have decide to put pair in a sealed enclosure with 2ft or air space for each pair. Does this seem possible
Objective
Box 1 will have 2cft of air space with one pair of 12" subs
Box 2 will have the same
Opinions on this please
Just trying to learn not start fights

Thanks jpeterman15 for the information in my pm
I have decided to go with SQ instead of SPL.
I will post pictures as soon as I am finished
should be no later than tuesday of next week.
here is a picture of the first box for the drivers side.
I will finish box 2 tonight for the passangers side and the amp rack tomorrow and monday
and put all the finishing touches on it tuesday.
Think yall will like it.

Alright here is the box and speakers put in the truck.
Now the fun begins with the trim plates and covers.
By the way it sounds excellent.......
Any advance on amp covers would be appreciated.

Looks like you ended up using sealed enclosures. A much better idea for this sort of installation, in my opinion. I suggest putting a brace or two inside the thing... ------------- Support the12volt.com

I did I put a piece of MDF 2" off center in the middle of the box.
Now just working on the cover panels and have not decided what to do with the V in the center of the box. Thought about the Xover there but not sure.
