I am preparing to install a line out converter in my 2012 Cruze to add a Punch75 and two 8" Kicker CompR DVCs. I plan to install a 2nd Order filter to cross at 80hz. My concern is the impedance that the amp will see. With the DVC wired to see 4Ohms what impedance would I need the crossover to be. If anyone can provide the formula it would be much appreciated. Also, where can I get the components to build the crossover? All of the vendors I use for work don't have the proper pieces. Does the core for the coil matter? i.e. air vs. iron

If the woofer net impedance is 4-ohms, that is what you design the crossover for and that is the load on the amplifier. Crossover parts can be ordered on line from several places. Most people prefer to use Parts Express or Madisound. Use metalized poly caps. For subwoofer low pass filters, using laminated core inductors is fine. If building a midrange or tweeter passive, use air core.
