Looking to replace stock 2013 Versa radio with a nav radio from another 2013. Anyone sell an adapter harness?

OK thanks. Have the factory service manual with wiring diagrams and connector pin outs so will give it a try. Picked up this unit with connectors attached https://www./itm/363193080497?fits=Year%3A2013%7CModel%3ANV1500&hash=item548ffe9ab1:g:C8UAAOSwRk5fvLW6 so it shouldn't be too hard to wire up. Wonder if backup camera wiring is preinstalled in the SV Versas?
