Hey i got a 2000 grand am gt with a keyless entry remote but the remote doesnt work at all?? ive tryd replacing the remote battery n nothing seems to work. Would this be caused by a bad relay or something or is my remote just broken. and ive ben thinking about getting a new remote starter and keyless entry system but i have no idea how to hook them up so any advice or instructions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Before you rip open your dash, here's some help:

First read this: 2001 Grand-Am

This is the required wiring information: 2000 Pontiac Grand-Am

Here's what modules you'll need to get the job done (go to bottom of page to DEI or Fortin or iData): 2000 Grand-Am Modules
