What alarm do you have? Does your alarm have door lock/unlock outputs? Do you have a manual for this alarm?

You could wire relays to create a latch when disarmed/unlocked that would open one relay's normally closed terminals that would supply a ground when the alarm is armed/locked. When disarmed/unlocked the normally closed contacts would open. Wiring the relays (latch) to only energize while disarmed would prevent any additional drain on the vehicle's battery while the alarm is armed. I can draw this up, but would like more information about your alarm.

Are the door lock outputs from your alarm negative or positive outputs? Can you upload the manual for your alarm or take photos of it and post them here?

Check the 2 wires that go to the LED. 1 of those may be ground when armed.

A dual coil latching relay (such as this.. https://www./itm/Latching-Relay-Dual-Coil-12-Volt-/121913101427?hash=item1c62964c73:g:NJMAAMXQTM1R7dO3 ) connected to the door lock outputs would provide a ground while armed signal. The relay has two coils (set and reset). Set coil to lock output, reset to unlock output. The contacts of the relay wired accordingly.

There are 3 pins on the Shock sensor connector. Check them.

Here's a diagram I just created for you. Please read the second paragraph in my description.
https://www.the12volt.com/relays/relaydiagram69.html

Connect your negative unlock output to the light blue wire and connect your negative lock ouput to the green wire, then use the orange wire as your "ground when armed" output.

Thanks. I appreciate it.

These r right to go on the wiring?

Light blue go to - neg. Unlock
Green go to - neg. Lock
Orange go to ground-while-armed DEI 516U or any has the GWA?
Voilet go to ??? Or go to GWA ?

Correct. Light blue to negative unlock from alarm, green to negative lock from alarm, and orange is your "Ground while armed" output.

The violet wire doesn't need to be connected to anything, but can be used if you need a ground while unlocked/disarmed.

When you first wire this up, the orange wire will provide ground until you disarm your alarm, even if you have not yet armed it. After the first cycle, it should perform as you want.

The violet provides a ground while latched. If you were to connect unlock to green and lock to blue, then this would be your ground while armed, but this would also pull more current from the battery while the alarm is armed, hence recommending wiring the way I stated above ;)
