How many radios and how many speakers are you planning to have on the board?  Front and Rear speakers. or just one or the other?

Front and Rear speakers. or just one or the other?   Either way it will be pretty easy to do.  You will need 4  4pole double throw relays to switch 5 radios.  You will also need 4 relays to switch between 5 sets of speakers.  That is if you have only front or rear speakers.  The way it will work is if radio one is on it will play.  If you turn on any of the other radios, they will take over.  You can have all radios turned on at one time, but only the last radio in line will play.  Turn off radio 5 and 4 will begin to play.  Turn off radio 4 and 3 will play.  Turn 5 back on it will take over.    Same with the speakers, the speakers will require a switch for 4 of  the speakers.  The radios will switch via the amp remote wire of the deck.  This will take a good bit of soldering on your part, I will be happy to draw you a picture.   Radio used to sell a relay but it appears that they have discontinued it.  You need a 4PDT relay with a 12Volt coil.  Like I said you will need 8 to do 5 radios and 5 speakers.

It would help if I knew the pin layout of your relays.  I could draw it exactly as the relays are laid out.

here is the circuit that can switch up to 10.

Use several for a great board

just to switch the relay buttons it will take 25 cube relays, then for the power and speaker outputs it will take 6 for each component that is 30 more and 40 more for 5 sets of speakers speakers that is almost 100 relays to do the job.

SoundImage, don't be scared, if you get the relays and post a diagram of the layout of the pins, my picture will be much less intimidating and you will be able to do it. The remote turn on wire from the radios will control the switcher for the radios. You will have to have 4 switches to control the speakers. In the diagram above they appears to be 5 Pole Double Throw relays. You need 4 Pole Double Throw relays to do it the way I am planning.

in my diagram you could use a bunch of cube relays if you just tie all of the coils from each set together,

Double check this for me, I think I made a shorter version of the control.

We could even add a Digital display to it if we want. Use 470 0hm resistors for 12v
