Has anyone installed a autowatch 555-clam before.how do you install it inorder for the alarm not to disarm when unlocking with key or factory fob

The first answer is that probably no one outside of South Africa has heard of it. Once more, it's made by Conlog a local (to you) company.

The question is why would you leave it on?

And the answer to your last question is no.
