Hey there everyone...

i have a jensen touchseen model number vm9312 and i had just purchased a new sirus satilite radio model SCC1C is just a vehicle tuner. now the deck is satilite ready with a eight pin connector and i have had the start up signals sent numberous times... but still nothing has clicked through the screen... i am just woundering if there is any way you have to manually adjust the screen to make it work or anything, even a adapter or any thing.... i just need some ideas and that would be great... my truck is a 97 ram 1500 if needed

You may have to talk to Sirius about it to make sure that the start up signal is being received by the unit. If the signal is not there for the Jensen, then it will not work. The Jensen will auto detect the input signal at the changer port when a device is attached.
