Just one piece of advise don't call DEI for help they only give you a 48 hour window for any tech support. Just stick to this forum and cross your fingers you don't have any problems later on. Also I installed one on a 2003 Corolla and had a hard time getting the programing instuctions I needed to program the crank time. Hope you don't have the same trouble I had. Next time get another brand even if it is a cheap Bulldog.

Did you ground the Black \ White neutral safety switch of the remote starter???

it needs to see ground for remote starter to operate.

Is up to the installer to test all wires with a DMM whenever possible.

What happens when you press the start button? Anything? There are so many possibilities that could be wrong or just need to be done before it will try to start. If the alarm brake wire sees 12v+ it wont start, same if the hood pin sees ground or the neutral safety wire does not see ground. Did you hook up the tach signal and then learn the tach or are you using voltage sensing mode?
There are more possibilities, but these are all things that you need to be sure of.
