poping noise coming from tweeters?

I hear poping nosies coming from my tweeters when i switch from station to station,, but once its one a station its fine? what could this be??

What kind of vehicle is this?  My dad has a 2000 camry LE with the 6-speaker system and his does the same thing, except you can hear the popping through all the speakers, not just the tweeters.

IT was in a trunk and yes it was doing through the tweeters and mid drivers but it ended up being bad RCA outouts on the deck.
