i installed a mtx downfire box in a 2007 ford f150,  it has a single 12 inch sub with a built in amp which i believe is 200 watts.  i have had a couple problems with it,  the first time one of the voice coils broke so i sent it back and they fixed it.  now the sub is making a popping sound even when it is turned down low.  anybody had any problems with this box and sub,  or does anybody know what could be causing these problems?  thanks for any help.
